Eco Friendly Wire Cutting EDM Machines use metal wires (electrodes) to cut programmed contours on the workpiece. Extrusion dies and blanking punches are often processed by wire cutting. In the processing area, each discharge will form a pit on the workpiece (material removal) and affect the tool (tool/electrode wear). The wire can be tilted, so parts with tapered or different top and bottom profiles can be manufactured. Litong MS-WEDM is suitable for the processing of precision parts and tools of various ferrous metals, copper-copper alloys, aluminum alloys, tungsten steels, titanium alloys, die steels and other materials. The diameter is between 0.02 and 0.33 mm.
