Most Heavy Duty Split Unit Wire-cutting EDM Machines machines chew more than a pound of wire per hour, which makes wire consumption the biggest expense for operating wire EDM. The LITONG Heavy Duty Split Unit Wire-cutting EDM Machines machine uses half of the electric sparks, which can save a lot of long-term operating costs each year, which is approximately one thousand US dollars.

The wire consumption and pay-off speed of LITONG Wire EDM is set to a constant low speed, at which the best processing speed can be maintained without wire breakage. LITONG has also developed a unique adaptive control technology called BellyWIZARD, which can automatically compensate and adjust the welding wire mechanically according to the thickness of the workpiece to ensure the best part flatness and accuracy. It also integrates advanced HyperDrive welding wire transport and tensioning system.

Our EDM machine also utilizes a unique full-digital dual flush pump configuration, which can automatically dynamically and adaptively control the flushing of the upper and lower heads during operation. This smart, efficient configuration provides twice the flushing capacity and ensures that the necessary flushing is optimally applied when and where the best performance and productivity are required.
