Wire Cutting Machine adopts high quality 250 resin sand after repeated tempering treatment to eliminate internal stress and keep the machine accuracy unchanged for a long period.
Two-way constant tension tight wire structure, long time processing without manual tight wire, so that the precision and surface quality of the workpiece has been strongly guaranteed.
Wire cylinder bearing adopts imported precision bearing, long service life. The guide wheel adopts special high precision guide wheel and imported bearing, which greatly increases the service life.
Adopt the slow-speed WEDM water tank filter device, special water-based cutting fluid, multi-layer filter system, self-priming water pump performance is better, the service life is longer, for the machining surface of high precision and roughness pad set the foundation.
One-stop automatic centralized oil supply device, can make X, Y guide rail, screw, screw tube guide rail and screw can be lubricated, to ensure the service life of the machine.
The system is a complete set of wire cutting solutions. AUTOCUT system is composed of AUTOCUT system software, high reliability, servo drive control board, AC high frequency discharge board, sampling circuit. AutoCut system software includes AutoCAD wireline cutting module, NCCAD (including wireline cutting module), CAXA's AutoCut plug-in and machine tool control software.
In order to ensure the accuracy of each Medium-speed WEDM machine tool, the positioning accuracy and repeated positioning accuracy of the equipment are checked by Renishaw laser interferometer. High configuration guide wheel and guide wire nozzle are adopted in the wire transport system. Reasonable layout solves the problem of single side loose wire and achieves uniform roughness on the processed surface.
